สำหรับเพื่อน ๆ ที่ไม่ได้รับ mail ลงทะเบียน หรือจำรหัสผ่านไม่ได้ มีวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาดังนี้ค่ะ

ให้เลือกคำสั่ง forgot password?

request password

แล้วป้อน username และ email address ที่เคยใช้สมัครไว้ ระบบจะทำการส่ง email link ของการ reset password ไปให้

รอรับ email ที่มีชื่อว่า replacement login information for ..... at Jhaamuah.

รายละเอียดตัวเนื้อความจดหมายจะเป็นดังรูปด้านล่างค่ะ

แต่อย่าลืมนะค่ะ หากไม่ได้รับ mail หรือที่ inbox ไม่มี mail เข้ามา ให้เพื่อน ๆ ไปดูที่ junk mail box หรือ "อีเมล์ขยะ" ด้วยนะค่ะ
